While slowing down and turning right you can hear it squeaky.

I just picked up a funky squeek that is similar. I notice it while turning sometimes but mostly going over a slow bump that alows the nose to "bounce" a little. Not sure if it's a grease point that needs attention or what.

I don't know, but could it be a shock? When you slow down, braking put more weight on the front end, and going over bumps can make it tick or squeak. This could be way off, but I have a weird noise up front in my last truck and it was a defective shock.

I just greased everything yesterday and noticed the squeak today.

Check front bearings and brake pads

Yeah what Rick said. Jack the front up, and try rotating it and listening. Also take try pulling and pushing on the top and bottom of the tire. If it moves in and out, your wheel bearing is getting bad. If not, pull the wheel off and then turn the hub and listen more closely.
