Ok, I have an extra grand that I want to spend on my old tired garage. Just wondering what, can I do with $1,000.00???? I would like some cabinets and get the floor done. I have never painted or tiled a garage floor before, so i have no idea what Iam looking for! As far as the cabinets go, should I just buy regular ole Home Depot cabinets, or are those Gladiator cabinets worth the coinage? ( one piece at a time no doubt!!) I was hoping to have alittle more to spend, but my wife had other ideas! Thanks for the input.

Gladiators look cool, but they are very thin and "tinny"
The only Gladiator product I'd get would be the 'fridge... it's way cool.

Get a nice storage system...and a good air compressor if you dont already have one. I didnt realize how useful compressed air was until we got an air compressor. Our old compressor seized up so we bought a new 80 gallon 6hp 230 volt 2 stage "Husky" (rebadged campbell hausfeld) at Home Cheapo for 700 dollars IIRC. 15,000 hour "expected life". Seemed like a good deal to me, made in the USA, smooth, quiet, and runs every tool and then some. It was the only compressor left with an American "Emerson" motor tho, which was strange. I asked for that particular one. All the other same-model compressors had Brazillian generic motors.
