just got done with the new lly training video and test.
the new motor is sweet.the features are cool from the new vane turbo to the new designed gen2 bosch injectors external return lines. closed crank case, less fuel line pluming.new improved tech2 diag and a few new sensors. the pcm even allows manuel programing of high idle.i think you guys will like the lly.there has been alot of talk about it and as a tech i am so excited to see the lb7 move on and welcome the new lly.

Maybe we should celebrate........

lb7 does not have the new injectors only the lly.

Will the new lly injectors fit in the lb7 ??

I don't believe so....as the design of the injectors AND heads &amp; valve covers have been changed.

the lly injector are longer and have in no way the same look. about the only thing the same is the block.

Yes, they seal directly to the head now.
