Nasty 02-06-2004, 02:16 PM ...I found a 03 Duramax with the ZF6? (Six speed) and was wondering if it could handle the Hot Juice. Most are saying the Alison can handle 145hp before tranny upgrades are required. Was wondering if the Six speed was the same or better/worse ??? The Allison can handle 60 HP all day long but hammering it all the time above that will kill it. Just look at an Attitude on level 0 in T/H while ya punch it and then turn it up to 125... you'll see what I mean.
