Hello all,

After trying many different diesel fuel additives I have noticed one thing. There are 2 distinct colors. The first is a light brown all the way to a stout beer looking brown. The other is a very clear golden amber color. I was just wondering if this was an indicator of the chemical content or quality?

Made me laugh! I have never viewed primrose or FPPF in person. Would anyone like to comment on there color? Pservices is the coffe type color. LDL(longer diesel life) is a brillant clear amber. I beleive Rotella DFA is also an amber color. I am trying to see if there is any corolation between color and quality/type?

I recall in the late 50 early 60's, the hot crime was peeing in gas tanks.Edited by: ShumDit

Stanadyne is a clear "dark" amber color. So far, so good.
