Did anyone see or hear of this new programmer by Crane Cams???
I seen it in the Jegs magazine today for the 6.6Dmax for $415 bucks.
But it didnt mention anything about how much horsepower or torque it gives for the diesel??

He has a "reputation" as not delivering as addvertised but I have no first hand experience ...
You know how the internet can be ...
On http://www.drperformance.com/ (http://www.drperformance.com/) web site he offers no info but you have to call ....
I found that on ebay ,search Duramax ,either second or third page ...
If you call give some details ,please ...

These Plug-N-Go programmers give you four custom tuning modes and provide your vehicle with 30+ different tuning parameters for stock engines. It also provides tuning for three different Crane PowerMax Truck cam profiles, as well as stock cams. Fine tune your spark advance curve plus-or-minus 10%. The PowerMax Tuners allow you to increase performance without changing to a cooler thermostat. The Idle Adjustment allows you to adjust your idle in 50 RPM increments. The Power-Tuner also allows you to recalibrate your vehicle for higher/lower rear axle ratios, from 2.73 to 5.13 and recalibrate for taller/shorter tires, from 25'' to 44''. You can also match the speed limiter to the speed rating of the tires. Also allows you to read and clear trouble codes, adjust performance to the fuel grade, choose new shift points and it also allows tuning of high-flow injectors on supercharged applications.

Power is weak ....
They are listing in their add the changable option for the gassers and also selling in the list 6.6 diesel tuner ....
Early on when the Predator anouther programmer listed a similiar description adjust performance to the fuel grade, choose new shift points and it also allows tuning of high-flow injectors on supercharged applications. ....
When the salespeople were questioned they were ya ya ay Duramax Allison too ... Well wrong they were incorrect .... I'm just pointing out it's missleading at best ....
For that kind of money other tuners will give more power more options for your dead presidents ...
