As I stated it was a white 4500, maybe 5500 (I dunno I couldn't see the badge) on I-81 Southbound near Hershey/Harrisburg Pennsylvania. I was going NB coming home from work. It had tinted rear windows. That's about all I can remember. Holy **** was traffic terrible!!! The normal Hour and 40 minute ride took me 2 hours and 40 minutes!!

This guy probably got stuck in the same crap, only going the other way. Is it just me, or do people forget how to drive when it rains? (or snows, or it's foggy, or it's dark out!!!)

Isn't there someone on here that hauls livestock with a white 4500?
