At 38,000 miles I had my fuel rail pressure switch replaced due to leaking. Now at 42,000 miles I am aveaging 19.7 MPG instead of the 21.3 I was getting. Could the new switch have caused this?

Is it possible that the computer might need reprogramming to go with the new fuel pressure sensor? Also my towing mileage has dropped from 10.5-11 MPG to 9.5-10 MPG Eric or any of the other Techs know anything about this?
