Is there a fix for the dreaded front end noise on my dually?

Do you mean the squeak? Or should I say "The Squeak".

I solved my squeaks by spraying all the sway bar bushings and shock mounting points liberally with WD-40. Do it once and then again a week or two later. You may want to cover your brake rotors to keep from splashing them. It took about a month for the squeak to go away so I suspect it takes that long for the lubricant to work its way in. I now spray them every few months and haven't heard "The Squeak" for over a year.
