The inst. sheet doesn't say but my guess is I need to take a Dremel tool and cut out the plastic inserts where the lamps go. Before I start cutting, is there another way or do I cut as thought?

Thanks for the reply. After further review of the install situation I have another question. It looks like I need to remove the pins that hold the plastic valance to the bumper. The two where the lamp frame reattaches. What's the best way to remove those? Just break/cut them off?
