this rig will start right back up after it is hot and running, but if you wait 15-20 minutes, it will not fire up....like it is not getting fuel. it starts fine cold, and runs long after it is fired up, but if you wait, it wont start.

no PMD on the injector pump, as this model does not have it.

any suggestions?

Hard Start hot with a 4911 pump, almost a guarantee that your injection pump needs a new head&rotor.

That 15-20min of sitting allows the pump and fuel inside to heat soak. The fuel loses viscosity and clearances inside the head are higher causing internal leakage.

TDG....you hit it on the head! literally....bad head and that was the problem.
