Any body got any tricks to inflating the tires on a 3500? I pump mine up when hauling & then back the pressure off when traveling empty. I bought some valve extensions at Campers World that don't work well. I just spent 1/2 hour raising the pressure from 55 to 70 on the rear tires. The valve stems are so stiff it's hard to get the aire chuck (truck type) to seat so the tires will take air & next to impossible to get a reading with the guage I have.

been there done that ..http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif.. didn't like it ... http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Angry.gif ... after first 5,000 have simply aired mine up to pressures listed on the door and run them that way at all times ... pressures checked/adjusted every 5,000 when I do a 7 tire rotation ... currently have just under 54,000 on original tires and they appear to be good for at least another 20,000 http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif

I'm also looking for some good valve stem extensions, but don't want to spend a fortune on them...I have the same trouble with my wheels, especially with the simulators on them.
