I recently bought a '91 C3500 with a 6.2L and 4L80E. I know that the 6.2L has a mechanical IP, and no engine computer, so I'm thinking that the Tranny must have its own computer. I am using this chassis and drivetrain to put a '67 C-30 dually pickup body on, so I will have have to retrofit the transmission computer. Can anybody tell me where it is, and how I can wire it up the older cab. I know I would have to keep the wiring harness to the tranny with all plugs intact, but I don't know I would get power to it, or whatever else I may need. Please help!! Thanks!
