i just had my fly wheel replaced and i cant believe the difference. i don't have any problems shifting and now there is no vibration on the road and at idle. i could not believe the fly wheel would case so much vibration at idle and even that much while going down the road
take your trucks in to get them checked out wish i would have come in a lot sooner

You are very lucky you got that many miles outta yours! I am due for #4 and I only 60K on my truck! I have latest version from GM and it is no better than then last two! Aftermarket is the wat to go, say bye bye to the DMF and hello SMF!!!

I'm not sure if it's related but my stiff pedal went away when they replaced the flywheel. Used to be real bad when towing heavy stuff over the passes, now it's hardly noticeable. I've got 10K on my newe one, we'll see what happens.
