Let's see some pics of your shop! Inside and out.

Well I'm currently in the planning stages for my new shop that I'm going to put in my backyard. I want to put up a 40x60 hopefully in the spring, and I'd like to gather some ideas. Anybody have any advice? Stickbuilt, or steel? Anything that you'd do differently if you could do it again?
