noise is coming from front end when going through parking lots,seems tohappen only at an idle.:help: cant seem to find it,any help?

Upper shock bushings?

I had replaced shocks on a different vehicles. After this I was getting a noise from my front end. Turned out one of my lower shock bolts was slightly small ( or metal bushing was slightly big ) any way I was able to put a couple of wraps of electrical tape around the bolt as an insulator/spacer and it solved my noise.....maybe

Is the noise a squeek or a rattle? If it happens in a parking lot at slow speeds and is a rattle or knocking noise it is the steering shaft. This is usually more pronounced at slow speeds and quick smaller bumps rather than large bumps.It is also usually worse while turning.
If this is your noise you can either grease the shaft or replace it. Tim
