I bought my truck used, I am the second owner. I have the Tv/DVD. The original owner apparently kept the two sets of headphones that originaly came with my truck. Is there a replacment that works in these trucks? I know there are several companies out there that make wireless infared headphones, but didn't know if they are all the same.
Does anyone know if I am suppose to have a remote with it?

Mine came with a remote and the two headphones. I would contact the person you purchased it from as that is part of the truck and should have been sold to you with the truck.

I am sorry I am not able to answer your question as to if there are aftermarket units that will work with your system.

Any IR headphone should work. key word is should! I cant promise but im sure they will. As far as I know a IR stream is a IR stream and they dont go real far. so there is no need for other channels or frequencies.

Hell does wallmart cary IR headphones? If they do try there you can return anything to that place.
