Just went to Colorado Hunting, & on the ranch my truck started throwing the p0102 Code according to the bullydog. I kept getting the ses engine light on the dash. The truck seems to run fine with the light on, but is there something I can do to quit throwing the code. Since I got back to Texas 3 days ago, I have only thrown the code 1 time..... In colorado I threw the code every other time I started the truck. When I first arrived on the ranch, Standing water was everywhere due to rain, I got a lot of muddy water under the hood and my air box has been swiss cheesed. I have run out of warranty, so I would perfer to fix this problem myself....

Looks like a mass airflow sensor issue to me..............might have gotten it wet?

will the mass airflow sensor cripple the truck, and since I did pull the foil cover on the passenger side fender, it might have very well gotten wet. The only time it has thrown the code since I got back to texas was right after I washed the truck, and I shot a ot of water under the fender wells to clean all the caked on mud.

The low fuel pressure does not make sense. I drove 1500 miles without a problem leaving colorado.................The getting the sensor wet seems more appropriate,.................any other ideas from other members would be appreciated.

The 102 is MAF related and is frequently from something getting on the sensor. There is a chance the Finger stick got water inside the jacket too and it would set that code.

I don't know where the low fuel pressure comment come from either. It's a maf sensor problem. Why did you take the foil off the inner fender? It's there to stop this from happening.Remove the 2 20torx tamper proof screws and clean the maf sensor.Replace the air filter if it got wet and try again.

Probably confused P1093 for P0102 vice verse
