i have a 05 dodge ram 3500 dually diesel i have a smarty chip hooked up every time now i have it on after like a few days i get on it only at 30hp i get a eng light on the cod is p0234 something about over boost it say on the pod so i have to run the truck on stock now 4 it to stay fine just want to know how do i fix this or is it the chip is bad ?

some one say it can be the waste gate too so i have to look at that tomm and the turbo
