I have a 2002 dmax with 33000 miles i have the edge attitude and when i stomp it down or send abit of fuel at it the truck starts to chug. Its not to bad when the chip is on 0 but when it is on 5 it really chugs bad. I chaged the fuel filter and it still didi it and i have cracked the bleader scerw and have been getting air out every time, i have done this about 5 times, and even taken the filter off and putting it back on. Still cant get the air out or keep from getting it in. any ideas thanx alot

You need to be more specific in description with your problem to help with diagnose ...
Engine temp ??
Any smoke ??
Runs fine in other levels ??
You say cut out ,is that between shifts ??
Sure you didn't bend any pins during the install ??
Chug ,means smoke to me .. Cut out means like you turned the switch off ??
Help us so we can perhaps help you ...

Every thing is fine, Eng. temp. boost around 20 at power level five, no smoke.and the higher the power level the worse the chug, on power level 0 i can barly feel it and sometimes i cant at full throtlle. The chug is kinda like it stalls then goes then stalls etc.

Sounds like it's air in the fuel with his description of the bleeder screw. The more fuel you're drawing (higher power setting) the more air it's drawing too. Sounds like it may be simply a problem with getting air in the system between the tank and the filter, no?

i am going to buy a new filter and try it again.. The gasket between the filter and housing seemed a little big. It woulnt fit in the filtee groove so i think i am getting air in that way

I guess I missed the AIR issue ....
This seems like a NON Juice problem ... You'll have to get the air in fuel system corrected first ...

still cant figure it out. i turned the low boost adjustment on the chip to level one and chip on level 0 and its not as but, it is the worst when going around 80mph. and still am getting air out of the bleeder every time i bleed it...
