FedEx and UPS has 5000 or more of these vans in service. They all have diesels that were made in Germany. I am curious how they are doing with American fuel.


Originally, Freightliner was the distributor in the USA.


Dodge is now selling them under the Dodge nameplate.

I have one of them and overall I really like it. The mileage (MPG) beats any of the GM/Ford/dodge gassers, and it's a much nicer van.


They have not been without some problems, but overall I say they win against any of the domestic vans.

I saw an ambulance Sprinter the other day that had dual rear wheels. Looked strange.

A lot a dually sprinters runnin around these parts. Good set up if ya ask me.

They're a lot bigger inside than they look from the outside.
