I searched for repair manuals and found nothing. A search for service manuals wasn't much better, a few posts about a CD but no info on how to get said CD. So, what's the concensus on the best manual, 2001 2500 HD, and where can I find it/them. Thanks,

You have a couple different ways to go.. You can buy the factory service manual set for around $140 from helminc.com or....

you can subscribe to alldatadiy.com and get the same info, plus all the TSB's/recalls on your truck for around $15-20/year.

I can handle $15-20 per year. Thanks!!

Just to be clear.... Alldatadiy.com doesn't have 2003 and newer model info yet... they run about 6 months to one year behind...so 2003 info will be out around May of '04.

I sure do like having the Helm's manuals. They're great when you're out in the garage and need to look something up.

www.helminc.com (http://www.helminc.com)

IIRC the set of manuals is a set of 5 THICK books.

I think I'm blind. I can't find the Service/Repair Manuals for my 1998 2500 4x4 Suburban at Helm Inc. Only can find the Owner Manuel. Would like to find the complete set.

Thanks for the help. Do they have one for the 6.5T Engine?

Damn, we're talking over $200 for the service manual, wiring diagrams, and tranny manual. Do they make a paper version or do you have no choice other than the etched gold?

Engine, trans and wiring are all in the 5 book service manual set for 120.00.
