I need help. I noticed my oil pressure was low today on the highway today. The computer started beeping and the display read low oil pressure justdoiung the speed limit. It jumped up and down from 0 psi to 30 to 60 psi for a few minutes. I haven't toutched my engine for months. No new mods. Anyone have any suggestions before I go to the dealer????? Could this be a sensor/sending unit issue? Help.....

Well I'm guessing the first thing you did was pull over and check your oil.

And since that was good the next easy answer would be a bad sending unit or loose wire or a bad guage cluster.

Have the dealer check it out.

But if it won't do it for him you will be sol.

See if he can let you borrow a data recorder. It hooks to the test port under the dash and when something funky is happening you push a button and it records the event.
