Very sharp gauges, I've seen them on a Furd before. Look very good!):h
Do they make a 50-60 psi gauge?:D

Dang Brockway, those look good!

Where'd you get your gauges and most importantly that dual pod pillar.

Also, did your stock pillar have a speaker in it?

Got everything from http://dieselperformanceparts.com but that is actually the above the rearview mirror pod mount.

Autometer now has mechanical Cobalts which are MUCH cheaper, but still have the same look. They also have a 2000 deg. pyro which is nice as 1600 is very easy to reach.

Prolonged temps are bad......Short bursts in racing, sled pulling,etc....shouldnt hurt.

Brockway,
Those look sweet. Making me think twice about which gauges I want to get.

I have been thinking about using one of the overhead mounts like that, but instead of mounting it above the mirror I was thinking about mounting it on my dash above the 4x4 switch.
How does it mount and do you think that it is possible?
Thanks.

I have EDGE stopping my EGT's at 1650*...but could basicaly remove the limiter and run it up to 2000* for a few secs???
Because I have noticed that when I race and it just starts getting good I let off because..well...EDGE MAKES ME! lol

I dont have an Edge but im sure you can remove the EGT limiter. The amount of time you will see those temps in a 1/4mile you should be ok.

Max Power,

That would put you in the world of high tech tech "Stepper Motor" gauges. There's two reasons folks get Cobalts, C2's, Nexus, Lunars or NV's the stepper motor or the lighting. I think most of them want the stepper motor accuracy as much as the lighting ! The stepper motor is waaaaay more accurate than the mechanical bourbon style gauge, plus it reacts much faster. I have been amazed at the quantity of the stepper motor gauges we sell as they are a bit more expensive, but it shows that folks want accuracy as well as looks to monitor their trucks.
