Well, after being told to expect my Predator last week, I called AGAIN today to see what was up. I was told that the 2.02 has STILL not been released so my tuner is sitting on a shelf . . . STILL. Ok, no problem . . . until NO ONE there could tell me wether it would be 2 days or 6 months before I got my tuner back . . . Censored

I don't have a problem with ANY vendor taking the time necessary to field a quality product, but the lack of information in this case just has me floored. I told them to just send me my tuner back as-is . . . I'm sick of getting a different story from them every time I call. :mad: I certainly had hopes of getting better service from a vendor as highly regarded as DiabloSport.

I feel your pain but you should try and look at it this way. They (Diablo Sport) are making certain that the revised coding will fix the things they want fixed and be ok for longevity. I also am waiting for the revision and am about ready to take my box off until the new coding is ready....tranny shifts like crap. Hang in there, I'd be willing to bet it's not too much longer before they start taking deliveries from the public.

My only gripe is with the lousy communication and wishy-washy customer service . . . If someone over there had just been up front about it and said "hey, we screwed up, here's what's going on and this is when we'll fix it" then it would be no problem . . . . getting the run-around, being stuck on hold and trying to get answers out of people who not only don't know, but act like they couldn't care less is what pisses me off!!!:mad:

I am in the same boat. I sent my unit in a month ago. I also reverted my truck to the factory program. I e/mailed them and they indicated the program was not ready.

I haven't gotten caught up after the Edge event yet, but plan to resume communications soon so we can get the updates validated and released...

Hell, no update for me!! . . . I just need a Finger's BS now :D
