Just waiting to know if I have to buy one for just keeping it on mild tune

I am running wild delete tune without one. On hot, it only loses pressure when starting in first. From what I have gathered, the lift pump isn't the complete cure, it wiil only help some.

so im guessing there should be no problem runnnig on mild

It is not "needed" but a lift pump is a good idea on even a stock truck.

No. I have not had any issues but some have.

I pull heavy for work quite often but always on the mild setting. More than enough to handle to #15,000 I usually pull.
