Check post three for a site that may help you out. Seems for cheapest is goto your local autoparts store from post I have seen.

Most times you don't need to replace them unless they are worn as rust inside them is the issue. I drill a small hole in each section of the hinge, just big enough for a spray tip on a can of lube then spray and work the door until it free's up. I have done this on doors that you have to force open. I have a picture I will find and post to show where to drill.

Doorman makes some that has grease zerks in them. I bought them on ebay.

If it's the hinge pins for the side doors that you're talking about, Amazon has them pretty cheap: Amazon.com: Dorman 38455 HELP! Door Hinge Pin and Bushing Kit: Automotive

Shipping is free with two sets.

Evidently GM changed the hinge pin design in the 2008MY, because the compatibility check on Amazon shows the pins listed above to not fit 2008+ vans.
The pins on my 2010 do look slightly different.

I have a 07.5 so I'm think they should be the 07 pins
