HouleMachz800,
I put the six gun bundle on my 05 dually. I put it on mainly to enhance towing and get the fuel milage gains. I know it helped with both. The last time I checked my milage on the highway I got 19.6 MPG. That was for about 190 mile trip. I put it on with 5000 miles and now I have about 11000. I installed it myself. It was fairly easy. I took the manifold off the engine to drill and tap the egt probe. I know that scares alot of people but it was easy, but I had a machinist do the actual drilling and tapping. I have no issues with the kit and like it. I don't have the PDA just the pillar gauges.

I did the install same as MJM for the same reasons. I also installed the air improvements. I totally love it.

My truck only has 2500 miles on it so I am trying to control my right foot.

I installed the thermo coupler using the (hoot) method, (very simple) my ten year old held the light.

There are some very smart people here @ DP so use them they helped me. I am waiting for paint to install the gauges in the pillar.

My children think it is very cool to force them to sit back with the throttle. As far as milage goes I have only had the system in for a few days so I am not certain about milage.:grd:

You are going to love it!

I've had mine on for about 4,000 miles, along with pillar gauges. Your mileage will increase if you have the self control to keep your foot out of it. I tow a 29' RV and really enjoy the additional power. I was having some problems when it was hot and I slowed down in towns for stop & go driving. It would give me a terrible miss like a gasser trying to vapor lock. At first I thought it may be the Banks unit, but have since determined it is most likely caused by injesting very hot underhood air into the intake. My problems have gone away since doing the KB Shroud & Seal Kit and a Cold Air Intake. Be very careful if you are running in level 6 as it adds enough power to tear up the Allison if you aren't careful. Most of the time I leave mine on level 4, and down to 3 for towing. Great unit.

The PDA will start shipping around the 9/26/2005. Their 3 different scenario or options that the buyer should discuss with GBE or authorized Dealer.OKauto glad to hear you found the trouble (I Hope).

What setting are you guys running during the winter with snow and ice?

Just wondering if upgrading to the Banks with the PDA from the Diablo Predator is going to be worth it.

Thanks in advance for any opinions.
