What level are you guys running on your H&S tuner? I am running the wild tune on my mine but it seem to get better mileage on the hot tune.

I'm running mine on wild and getting good mileage. It's about 18.6 intown and interstate. I LOVE mine on hot but my fuel pump can't keep up if I get on it too hard so I'm waiting till I get my lift pump before I try it again.

Tranny has no trouble shifting on hot for me, I have done almost no miles towing yet. Sometimes out on the hwy if you hit WOT in 4th gear the fuel pump will drop pressure. On wild the CP3 constantly fails, I have a lift pump but have yet to install.

Cp3. Is that the fuel pump ?

I was wrong I think its actually a CP4. CP3 or CP4 is the high pressure pump that supplies fuel to the injector. H&S told me that it will read around 28,000psi on their tuners, any more and then will start to drop off, down to 15,000psi(in my experience) and you have to let off the throttle for it to recover.

Thats exactly what mine does, sometimes on wild and most of the time on hot. I'm glad to hear thats how yours acts too, I was thinking maybe I had a weak pump. I'm sitting here looking at my airdog and might just start installing it this afternoon.

The Transmission shifts fine but not like my sons built 09. I haven't tow very much since I added the H&S but I think we are going to RNYC next weekend. I'll change mine to mild and be pulling my buggy, so we will see.
Merry Christmas!

Here's the buggy.

Over the weekend I had change my back to hot. Far as the transmission it to feel like it shift better than my 09 did when I had it tune with the 100hp tune from efi. Loving the way the truck drives now. Pretty much of my dead pedal is gone now. When you floor it finally goes.

I love the way my truck drives on hot too. Waiting til I get my lift pump on. Reports say that this solves the problem, which is weird cause a lift pump is more so improved flow than pressure. I don't care tho, whatever works.

If the volume isn't there, it can't hold pressure....
