Would anyone prefer to have something specific in the waiting room at a Quick Lube you visit?

TV?
Magazines?
Video Games maybe?

Free hot coffee, cookies/doughnuts and strippers, and a pole for them to dance, now that I think about it, maybe that should be in the back room.but the coffee and snacks should stay upfront !

Ok well we do offer Free hot coffee, however no cookies or doughnuts

As for the Stripper that is the number one thing I have always said we need over in the Lube Center! Its gotta be the number one requested thing to have

So listen to the masses !
Customers are always rite.
Seriosly, from what I've learned about what people think is nice, is bathrooms.
So many opinions are made from what your restroom looks and smell like, although very few will vioce an opinion. Don't let employees ever be seen leaving the bathroom without washing there hands. It doesn't have to be designed after the Biltmore hotel. But newer clean, and well maintained, with mirrors, peope are vain, they like to look at them selves, it puts them in a goodmood.
Good fresh coffee, in a CLEAN atmoshere, comfy chairs, tv , a variaty of magazines, And a local daily paper. And if your serios about making customers happy , look into what colors that are at eye level, yes it makes a big difference. Some colors have agresion built rite in them, others make a sence of relaxation.
You could totally destroy their car, but if all of the little things are working together, they will leave praising there visit, and spread good word .

Tv is good, but put a remote or access to change the chanel somewhere, so when soccer mom leaves we can turn the G*d D&%m View off. And get cable so we can watch something like Speed, or ESPN or something. Free WI-FI aint a bad idea either.

I really like the idea of making the bathroom nicer

I have herd from others that people really notice a very nice bathroom

Lots of magazines are provided but hard to keep people happy with them thats for sure

Men's magazines ( no not hustler- well maybe lol) diesel power, car and driver, good ones, good women's magazines home and garden crap and like Oprah stuff. A good variety of tv channels, unlocked pacman and pinball games for kids like me and kiddie kids lol. Hell even Mario bro's. u said doughnuts already. ( we don't expect pizza, but good coffee, cocoa, and water go a long way and don't dip into overhead badly). Affordable soda/ vending machines. A little bit of relaxing artwork to a long with the paint choices. Clean, clean, clean. Respectful staff that understand common ppl don't know a lot and can explain things. Competitive prices ( again u don't wanna go out of business). The cleaner the staff (shaven and untatterted clothing) look would help with women I would say. Little things go a long way. If a tech ****s something up take responsibility for it (cars ain't cheap to replace). Remember women with their young children come to these places, men do to tho ( men don't wanna listen to the top 40 channel for an hour and a half then shell out a good shot of lasts weeks paycheck)
