I've been reading a little on the benefits of propane for the DMax. I have a couple of questions:

Will it void my warranty on my '04?

I see some installs that require the spare tire to be removed, is there anything better that will hold a tank on the inside of the frame rail?

Who is the best vendor to deal with?

Is this even worth my time? I'm mostly looking for fuel economy and performance. Towing is not the biggest concern cause this truck tows what I have beautifully now. I drive a long way to work each day and anything I can do to increase the economy the better.

Thanks!

JUST TO REMEMBER, IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR TRUCK IN FOR WARRANTY WORK AND THEY SUSPECT YOU OF USING A PROPANE SYSTEM ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS RUN AN OIL SCAN AND YOU ARE BUSTED. KINDA LIKE FAILING A DRUG TEST (MELTING THE CUP)http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clown.gif BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR OIL BEFORE YOU TAKE IT IN!!!!! AND MOST OF ALL REMOVE THE SYSTEM.

You don't need propane. There is plenty of other ways to make HP.
