According to some insider info from GMI, the next generation Silverado, or "concept" will make it's debut in Detroit in January. Anyone going from here? Should be interesting to see what GM comes up with. Chris

GM is introducing the Buick Encore, Cadillac ATS, Chevrolet Sonic RS, and supposely two Chevrolet Concepts. There is alot of speculation on which models the concepts will be.

I would not be at all surprised if the concept is GMT900 based

GM has done a nice job of keeping the new trucks hidden. I've only seen 2 pics of it covered up on a test track.

Right here is link.

I'll be shocked if they show a 2014 Concept or anything related to the new truck at Detroit show.

They have a tough year to manage in 2012 with continued selling of a 5 year old body/interior that is really getting tired and non-competitive and long plant shutdowns for retooling for the new truck. All this while still trying to move over 200k units.

I'd love to see something but I'm not counting on it.

Geez they using the same style camper mirrors... I like the functionality of them but they seem like such an afterthought of how they are attached.

It actually looks like the wheel wells are larger. I could be seeing shit though too.

Back seat looks quite a bit bigger, and the front ends are reminding me of the 90's trucks.

Hopefully the interior is totally re-vamped. Not that the GMT-900's interior wasn't good, it just lacks some of the creature comforts of Ford's.

looks like the ext cab in the first pic has door handles on the half doors like dodge's do and may open like a regular door also.
