Is boost one of the parameters measured by the Predator in "real time data"? It has a listing for "boost pressure. It is measured in kPA. Is that turbo boost? I tried it this weekend and it never read anything but "0". What am I looking at? Please remember I am an electronics idiot. Don't know nothin about it!!

That is supposed to be boost but IIRC there is somehing wrong with that feature in the predators.

I called Predator on this issue and they said it will not read it. I asked why it was in there then and he said he didn't know.

I let them know the first week it was released. They don't seem too concerned. Pity.

One reason I was asking is because I thought that increasing boost would reduce the amount of smoke. Am I wrong? My truck smokes worse now than it did before the update. Does this sound right? The tranny shifts smoother, but I can't really comment on turbo spool up. I am just not sure that I am getting the boost that I should be getting. As soon as I can afford it, I plan to get EGT and Boost gauges but until then I guess I will just have to ask stupid questions and rely on you guys for help. Thanks,
