Is there a way to adust the needle in the boost gauge? The reason im asking is B/C my gauge shows 5 PSI at idle and I know that there is no boost made at idle so WTF is up with this gauge?:help:

I have analog style guages, and my boost needle doesn't return to zero...If I tap it with my finger, it will return to zero....So it's a bit sticky..but only near 0 psi...Mine is a Stewart Warner..

What brand of gauge are you asking about?

these gauges are autometer analog guages

i know this is an old thread, but i used to have an autometer liquid-filled sport comp boost gauge and mine changed position due to temperatue and altitude. this gauge had a relief screw on the top of it to zero-out the gauge any time this happened...i know only the liquid-filled autometer have this.
