How accurate is the slip function on the Edge Attitude? I have a Suncoast III, so I don't think there is any way I'm blowing through it at roughly 350 RWHP.
I know the slip indicator is only accurate when the torque converter is locked, but mine seems to do wierd things. During a shift from locked 4 to locked 5 it will show a little slip but then dissappear once locked in 5. After that, it will show slip when I'm locked in 5 if I let up on the throttle at all. It will show 0 slip accelerating in 5 locked until I get up to 110 mph or so and then it starts showing up to 25% slip.
I'm confused...I should have a tranny built to hold way more than what I'm throwing at it. My fluid is cherry red and doesn't smell burned, I can't feel any slip, and I've never limped this tranny.
