Why go through all that trouble? To save having to change filters? It may help, but the fuel lines them selves will also get gunk cleaned out when running bio. I really don't think you will have a problem if you do as you stated and start slow and ease into B100. JMO

Go big or go home. Run the B100 and keep a extra filter or two on hand!

hey duramaxxin. i have an lly. back in 08-09 when diesel hit nearly $5.00 gal. i started wanting something cheaper. found me a restaurant supply of oil and got started. i ran B100 for nearly 10 months straight. thought i had it whipped. come winter time and i live in the south. it became hard to wash the fuel and the price of diesel came back down. after switching back to diesel i noticed the performance of the truck fell off with mpg and started having injector issues. the truck started spark knocking. well to make a long story short. i have had to replace all the injectors now. the truck is back like it use to be. mpg is back up with performance. i would never tell anyone to go B100. maybe 50/50- B50. me personally its pure diesel from now on. complete set of injectors are pricey even with me installing them.

Yup, any soap in the fuel will screw up your injectors quick!

2007 lmm with 60,000 miles and just filled up with b100 an so far so good with over 500 miles and running perfect. the only 2 differences i see and hear is a quieter engine especially with my tuner and exhaust smells different. fuel filter had already 20,000 on it and still running good.
