I don't know if this happens to others but every once in a while I get some fuel that makes my truck run sluggish. It happened last week. I filled up and drove home. The next morning I hitch up my 10k fifth wheel and it is pulling hard. It feels like I have a heavy load and the engine is a little noisy.. I drop the trailer in St. Augustine and drive home to put in some power service diesel cleaner and cetane boost, instantly it runs like a scalded dog. When I hitch up to return home it is running strong. I would say one in 10 or 15 tanks of fuel is like this. Could it be something else besides crappy fuel?

Yes, I have had that same experience. I have since tried to only purchase diesel at stations I know. When I'm out of town I try to pick name brand stations that seem to be doing a lot of volume....Bill
