this is my first post here im looking for help with my 00 ih 4700 with 210hp t444e motor ran flawlessly all day monday of this week i got back in it tuesday morning and let the wait to start light go off as always cranked it it started quickly but had a immediate fuel knock coming from motor it wouldnt hardly idle i could rev it to about 1100-1200 rpm and it would try to clear out a little shut it off and almost never got it started again but same senerio when it fired it knocked and ran rough at idle i pulled the codes from the diagnostics button on dash and got 11 stored codes none of which where active i finally had a mechanic come by with the proper scan tool and it showed problems with injectors 5 & 7 and ecm problems ...ive talked with local ih dealer and there wanting to replace and program a new ecm for 1500.00 but still not sure thats where the problem is ive been told you will get ecm and injector failure problems from other thing other than ecm?????? anybody had any issues like this any recommendations?just hard to believe something that major happening with no signs whatsoever ......so i got back into checking it out again today started it right up and a before it had a hard fuel knock after it ran for just a second the knock fades out but never totally goes away i let it run until it came up to normal operating temp then shut it down and did the diagnostics button again it gave me 2 fault codes 513 and 626 after getting those i started it back up revved the motor and it went up to 2000rpms this time but if you try to drive it it will not go past 15 mph i let it run awhile longer took my laser temp. reading tool to the manifolds at each cyl. and had the same reading on all 8 still slight fuel knock and rough idle after all this i ran diagnostics again this time i had more fault codes 111,421,424,513,626 heres what ive found on these codes........... any ideas on this thanks in advance..........
