I have a 1990 mitsubishi fh100 box truck. Tilt cab, 6 cylinder 200k standard.
The truck has been sititng in the yard for about 5 years, it needs a clutch. But that doesnt affect the way it runs about 2 or 3 years ago i started it up, jumped it and it ran fine sat there and ideled for hours. Im looking to sell it so i went out through a pair of cables onit and i was getting pretty much no power to it at all. Its dual battery, i went and bought 2 brand new batteries & the posotive connecting wire. Put those both on , it turns over, but its as if its not turning over fully, i feel as if its only getting juice from one battery. Also i believe its the solinoid when starting it gets very hot and the screw on it actually turns bright red and smokes. Any suggestions?
I POPPED THE SCREW ABOVE THE FUEL FILTER AND PUMPED IT SO ITS GETTING FUEL AND EVERYTHING.
