I'm thinking of switching to the Cat 2 micron filter but worried about gelling issues this winter. I stay away from Bio in the winter and always run Howes. Who has experience with this filter set up and temps that can get to -10/-20 degree range.

Thanks
Shawn

I have had the set up in my truck for over a year with temps down to -30. I haven't had any problems as long as i put additive in. I use stanadyne in my truck. It doesn't hurt to keep spare filters in your truck though.
