I've run into quite a few dealers that have been real pricks but finally brought my truck to one last week that did the parking brake recall, DMF replacement and fuel filter replacement with no hassle at all. I had purchased a new clutch and pressure plate elsewhere some time ago and they put those in for me while they had it all apart - without issue. Here are all the part numbers they used (for anyone interested):

1 - 97385488 Fuel Filter

Total cost: $100.00 (my deductible)

The only thing that pissed me off was that they did the fuel filter without telling me... I had put on a brand new one 4 days before. Oh well... small aggravation considering all the other work
