I have installed an Autometer boost gauge and tapped the waste gate hose for the boost. I notice the Autometer reads about 2# higher than the attitude most of the time. I presume the Attitude gets its values from the trucks computer. Has anyone else noticed this? Is the waste gate hose a bad place to tap for boost? Thanks for any insight.

iwas told that the edge would not read over 25
I don't know about the 25, I get 26.8 at max on my attitude.

I don't remember if it was higher or lower but my attitude was different from my boost gauge by 2 lbs.My gauge was installed the same way.

My attitude always reads about 2lbs or so higher than my Isspro gauge, the Isspro is tapped into the intake pipe on the engine.

the attitude with the older version Edge firmware reads about 2lbs higher boost. the new 1.2 version reads it correctly.

There was some question about the truck's sensor/data harness and its ability to deliver readings above about 27. Someone else pointed out that another chip (can't recall which) does report numbers above 27 and gets its data the same as the Edge so it was then assumed to be an Edge problem. It sounds as though the latest Attitude firmware may correct this. Is this something that Edge will update for no cost? It would be great to have the ability to update the firmware via USB cable so you did not have to send it back to Edge.
