I have 2 gallon jugs of Mobil1 Delvac1 left from the last case of oil I bought. 5w-40

I'm seeing the Mobil1 5w-40 in Truck & SUV for $19.00 at Wally World. It says it formulated for Diesels, Cummin, PowerJoke, Duramax.

Can these 2 be mixed together?

I sure like the idea of buying the 5 quarts of Truck & SUV oil for the same price I'm buying the 4 quarts of Delvac1. Plus I dont have any partial jugs laying around.

What are your thoughts?

Delvac and Truck and SUV are the same oil. You can mix if same viscosity.

I see no reason it would hurt anything...I don't think they're exactly the same oil, but many will argue with that.

Either way, I say go for it.
