Ok, Ok, I know, probably wrong thread site.

I was camping this past weekend and a friend of mine has a new Kiefer built horse trailer with living quarters. On the topic of tires, he said that the dealer told him to inflate to 110#. I had never heard of that much so I did a looksee. Sure enough a "G" rated tire with 3750 max load at 110 psi. I have looked all over the net for the "Trail Boss" brand and G rated tires to no avail. Nice looking 16" tire with a tread that looks a lot like a Michelin hiway tread. Man I could use a load carrying tire like that.

Anyone ever heard of these? If so who might carry them?

These are special tires and require special wheels also. They are relatively new so the trailer people may be the best place to get them. They are also very, very heavy.

Goodyear makes one called a G 614. Very expensive but very good. They used to be G 159. I knew a guy that ran them on the front of his F-350 dually because they didn't wear out as quick as 10 plys. There is a LoadBoss also which is a Chinese version of the Goodyear.
