Do you run straight veg oil or do you blend it? If you blend it, what are you blending it with and at what percentage?

The spreadsheet shows balance rates. The Bosch ECU looks at the amount of fuel going to each injector and adjusts so that they all have the same amount of fuel, thus balance.

As the injectors degrade over time, the balance rates get further off.

What his spreadsheet can not discern, however, is whether or not the tips are coked and the spray pattern of the injector has been altered.

Without pulling one to look at you are correct. However since my mileage has not changed overtime I don't believe thier is any of that concern. I do an injector service every 20K.

Yes I have had the same places for about 7 yrs. It is getting tougher to find places. Sysco just started picking up WVO from thier customer that they sell it to with a rebate incentive so even the small places are getting hit.

Interesting. My sources (also about 7 years across the river from you) just changed suppliers. I don't remember if they changed from or to Sysco.

One of my resteraunts use to pour the used oil back into the plastic jugs for me to just pick up, but they just switched suppliers (I think to Sysco). The new supplier provides the oil in plastic bags inside of a cardboard box, thus extremely difficult to pour the used oil back into a bag, so I have started supplying 5 gallon buckets.

Depending on your physical condition, I supply my folks with 16 gallon drums. Easier to store than three 5-gallon cubies, and it's not that heavy for me to pick up and load into the truck.
