I need a way of draining the tanks of my non-running vehicles and moving fluid from bulk containers. I would prefer one tool or pump that can handle both. I need it portable and I would like to be able to attach a spin on filter. I know that is something I can just add into the line but I need the pump or siphon itself to be strong enough to move the fluid thought the filter. I will be using it with gas, diesel, and used engine oil. I obviously know very little about this sort of thing so I really need some input. I have fuel going to waste in vehicles that are just sitting in my yard.

Also, because I need something with tubing small enough to fit into my old Dodge gasser as well as my deuce ½ should I be looking for two different types of tool?
