can anyone tell me if i can go to the dealer with a 05 and have it reflashed with sticked and blocked?:cool:

Yes you should be fine. I just had my 04.5 LLY reflashed a few weeks ago and had great results!!! I dont even have any egr crap on my truck anymore or a VV turbo, just some plugs laying around with nothing to plug into:) So yes you will be fine

What's the benefit of the reflash?

I was told by my dealer today that unless I had a problem that they would not reflash. WTF. I have seen other posts to reflash before I install the E/A.
Their reason is GM won't pay them for the time.

I visited dealer yesterday for warranty work and asked for reflash if update was available. They said the same thing to me then I spoke with service manager and was told that there is no charge for this because GM will pay them for the time. Plus the update will stop some codes from popping, thats what they told me. And they did update my pcm.
