Does anybody have the insight and the DEF level work correctly?

What about did it work and you had the update and now it doesnt.

Edge called back and now are saying theirs is working correctly..

I feel like I am being brushed off

dealer just called,

no major updates yet....

other than there was ANOTHER update to the latest DEF recall. He said they performed another software update to my truck on Friday.

The saga continues...

I hope, just hope, some one will help me.... and us... I am staying on this... I am hoping I can be a voice for all of us...

truck is still at dealer, regional manager, and service manager and GM all involved about the frequent regen issue and no call for low DEF yet

I am hoping that the other thing coming from my back surgery is the time to sit at home and bug the crap out of people to get this fixed!!

I don't know if correctly, but the the DEF level seems to work. I had bout 57% before doing an oil change and the recall. I now have 97% about 3 weeks later. The Range doesn't seem to be correct, but no big deal. I really like my Insight. Sorry to see you having so much problem with yours.

Got my truck back from the dealer, did some other reflash.....I got the normal BS that the truck is working as designed with the regen issues... But back to if my truck is reading my def level correctly....


Decided to top my DEF off at home.. It took an entire 2.5 gallon container and 1/2 of another. So... About 4 gallons or so.....

Insight NEVER CHANGED range.. Still reads 1007 miles... Is it my truck or the insight??? I can't get an answer from anyone. I think I may call the dealer Monday to schedule an appointment to see if they can tell me if the Tech II is reading full. Then we will know once and for all, I guess.
