UPDATE,
I just called Edge and I am far from happy with their response. I have used their products for years and I am severely disappointed with their response right now..
All I got today is "they are working on it" I was told this WEEKS AGO.
Then the man told me I was the ONLY ONE THAT CALLED AND IT IS NOT A PRIORITY AND COMPARED TO OTHER ISSUES...
I said "Priority?" I have a 450.00 piece of junk sitting on my dash that does not read my UREA level, the whole reason I bought it.
I am mad.
I know many of you have had problems with the UREA Gauge not working...
CALL, CALL, CALL....
Thats all I can say,
I am royally ticked off.
I hate to start bashing here but they brought this on themselves, they need to step up and FIX THIS.
I am not hiding behind the internet either.
My name is Jim Yurek, 2011 Denali HD LML. They have my info, serial number and all my data on my unit.

Thanks for the post. I hate big companies that are too lazy to fix problems with their equipment if only a few people complain. Doesnt seem like anyone has pride in what they make these days. Ill definitely call in, hopefully we can get enough people to complain so itll be "worthwhile" for them to fix their mistake.

no it wont turn on randomly, another software bug..
Mileage is also way off on the coach.... they missed the boat.. and dont seem to care....

Add me to the pissed off at Edge and the insight product.
They knowingly sell the units with bad resistors in them which kills the backlight and then try to make the end user pay shipping and "wait" for the unit to get fixed for 2-3 weeks. (I am going on 3 weeks now, when I ask about the delay they say they are backlogged fixing them....yet it's only supposed to take a day to solder new resistors in....) Should have taken it apart and fixed it myself but then again my "Great" warranty would have been void lol.

I just called and they told me that only one other person has had this problem. You must have been that one person. They asked for my build date and if I had access to a Tech II, which I don't. They said they would call when they had a fix.

Well that's weird mine died Fri, 9/1- I called -talked to two different Caseys in tech- they even back dated downloads to make sure my unit was ok- It has nothing that I can use on it but at least it stays on now. I called last Thurs-9/8- talked to a sales rep who stated they were working on the "bug" and should have it fixed within a week. ?????

This news stinks. I am expecting delivery on a Insight tomorrow. Once I get it hooked up I will definitely call.

Revise that- looking at last mo. Died 8/26- either way I have spoken to them and they sounded like they were working on it- I checked their site and they are still showing 3.0 or whatever for update but I already loaded that in August and they unloaded it so hopefully soon....

I love mine. IMO, definitely worth the money.

Mine is working fine with the exception of the inaccurate DEF readout and Instant MPG. Other than those two issues, I have no complaints.
