Need help asap with H&S tuner. Tuner won't power on when plugged into the truck, but powers on using usb. Whats the problem? Any ideas?

I was still able to download tune, just ran usb cable from audio system to the tuner and everything worked just fine....

do you have power wired from a ignition source. Or jet the OBD port power. There is a little toggle switch.

Check the instruction booklet that came with your H&S Product. It will describe your options as far as powering up. It will also give you a fuse location should you choose to have the unit power on and off with the vehicle. If you still have issues, please give our tech department a call.
